Yoga is a popular form of exercise that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation. People of all ages can practice yoga to improve their (1) __________, balance, and strength. In Bà Rịa–Vũng Tàu province, a new program encourages students to recycle milk cartons at school. The project, called Environmental Hero, is organised by PRO Vietnam and local partners.
