Phu Quoc Island in Kien Giang Province, Vietnam’s largest island, is in the south. It has a total area of 574 square kilometres and a permanent population of approximately 103,000. Visitors to Phu Quoc love its peaceful sea and long sandy beaches which distinguish it from other seaside resorts like Nha Trang and Da Nang. Moreover, they can take part in relaxing activities such as swimming, sun-bathing, boat-sailing, scuba diving, … Phu Quoc Island is far from the mainland, but I don’t feel bored during my time in this place that has lots of things to entertain and explore.
